October 2001 brought the completion of Washburn University's Athletic Department's new office suites and Alumni Booster Room addition.

New offices for the Athletic Director, Assistant Director, and basketball coaching staff, along with study and alumni areas were designed by local firm, Horst, Terrill and Karst Architects. The much needed space was actually built out over the bleachers located in the arena below. Fans and alum may view the game from the offices, Board Room and/or Booster Room.

We enjoyed working with the Athletic Department staff and Facilities Planning Department to specify and procure the unique furnishings needed to complement the wonderful architectural details designed into the new spaces.
